GlobalEd Solutions gathers detailed information from companies seeking to employ Filipino workers. This process is essential to ensuring that these companies adhere to employment regulations and appropriate hiring practices.
For the initial hiring of Filipino teachers through H1B, the school needs to go through a pre-accreditation process with the MWO. GlobalEd Solutions assists in managing the process between the school and the MWO, which involves the submission of documents requiring wet signatures and the use of money orders for payments.​
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) carefully examines the accreditation documents from schools and thoroughly assesses the submitted Job Order Request. Following this review, DMW will either approve the Job Order Request or request further evidence to support it.
Finally, the submission of Teacher Document Requirements, including US Visa and the release of OEC.
