We properly communicate our services and fees to our applicants and sign a service agreement. The applicants will then be GlobalEd Solutions candidates and will have access to all the resources required during the hiring process. All the required documents will also be processed during this stage of recruitment. Please see our resources to help schools maximize their financial benefits by hiring qualified foreign teachers.

GlobalEd Solutions ensures that all teachers are fully equipped and well-prepared for their interviews with the host schools and their US teaching roles.

Each training session will be facilitated by different highly experienced educators who are experts on a specific topic. The facilitators are well-accomplished in the field of education, with over 20 years of teaching experience.

Host schools who signed an agreement with us will have access to a client portal with their school posting. We will assign teachers to these postings according to their qualifications. Each candidate will have a portfolio containing all the hiring staff's needs. 

As part of our full-service package, we secure J-1 sponsorship for international candidates and assist in processing their US visas. Since all requirements have been initially complied with during the onboarding, we can expedite the process and have their travel documents in the shortest amount of time.
